As Lead SAP Architect for Order to Cash, based in either Hull, England or Wroclaw, Poland in a hybrid working environment, you will be the guiding force behind a world class O2C architecture that supports the complexity, scale and regulatory demands of the medical device industry. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise wide design, drive global harmonisation and play a central role in redefining how our business serves customers around the world.

What you will be doing

You will take ownership of the end to end O2C architecture for a major global ERP transformation. You will define how orders are captured, processed and fulfilled, ensuring that every step from pricing to delivery and billing is fully harmonised and compliant across regions. Working closely with commercial, supply chain and finance teams, you will craft the global O2C template and lead the design of the S4 landscape, ensuring that integrations with systems such as MoveMedical, tax engines and financial platforms are robust and seamless. As we move through the design phase and into country rollout, you will steer decisions through governance, uphold design standards and guide stakeholders on adopting a unified way of working.

What you need to be successful:

  • 15 years ERP Experience
  • Deep SAP O2C expertise including OM, SD and FI AR integration
  • Experience designing SAP S4HANA architecture at global scale
  • Strong knowledge of regulated industry requirements
  • Confident communicator with experience influencing global stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Order management in distribution environments, SCM business processes, Global P2P process harmonization, Integration architecture, Innovation and automation within ERP/SAP, ideally with AI use cases
