We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive our SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Plan-to-Inventory SAP S/4HANA solution, taking ownership across architecture, transformation and execution.
- Define the future state vision and guide decisions that reduce complexity, streamline integrations, and ensure scalability, compliance and long term innovation.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to shape the global template, influence strategy, and steer business process transformation.
- Challenge legacy practices, build compelling business cases for change and clearly articulate the benefits of SAP S/4HANA.
- Build and lead a high performing team of architects, fostering accountability, ownership and innovation.
Qualifications
- Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with demonstrated experience owning functional solution areas and driving enterprise wide transformation.
- Proven leadership in building and managing teams, driving accountability and enabling high performance in global environments.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders (including VP level) and shape strategic decisions across complex organisations.
- Track record of simplifying technology landscapes, reducing unnecessary integrations, and aligning systems to business outcomes.
- Background in Med Tech, Life Sciences or other highly regulated industries (e. g., aerospace, advanced engineering) preferred.
- Location
UK, Poland or Germany.
