In our pursuit of designing and manufacturing innovative medical devices that transform patient care, we are seeking a Clinical Strategy expert to join our collaborative and trailblazing team. Your efforts will not only accelerate the global introduction and adoption of new products but also ensure the sustained availability of approved devices, all while adhering to stringent regulatory standards. You will be the Global Clinical Strategy (GCS) representative for the Sports Medicine team, providing strategic clinical direction for the product lifecycle within the portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring that the evidence for the portfolio meets requirements for new product introduction globally, expanded adoption, and continued access of approved products. This role will work closely with internal Global Clinical & Medical Affairs (GCMA), Market Access, Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing teams, as well as external healthcare professionals. Your deep understanding of clinical evidence collection will empower you to support strategies that identify and address gaps in clinical evidence, keeping us at the forefront of medical device innovation. What will you be doing? Developing clinical strategies aligned with S+N\’s commercial priorities for the Sports Medicine portfolio. Collaborating with New Product Development teams to establish user needs, claims, indications, and market strategies, and developing evidence generation strategies accordingly. Reviewing clinical and health economic evidence, identifying gaps, and assessing available evidence from literature, registries, and unpublished studies. Creating study proposals and initiating clinical activities to support evidence needs, including engaging with investigators and managing study proposals and budgets. Managing Investigator Initiator Studies (IIS), collaborative research, and real-world data collection to meet business objectives and study milestones. Creating, maintaining, and reviewing documentation supporting the product lifecycle. Analyzing data, developing reports, and ensuring stakeholders receive appropriate data presentations. Developing publication strategies and presenting progress and results at conferences and training labs. What will you need to be successful? The ideal candidate will have extensive education in a relevant scientific, engineering, or clinical field, coupled with significant experience in developing clinical evidence strategies and working with healthcare professionals on clinical studies. A strong background in clinical research methodology, especially study design, is essential. Experience with medical device software solutions and sports medicine surgical techniques is highly desirable. You.
