Weโ€™re looking for a Change Management Lead to drive strategic transformation across our operations, with a focus on high-priority, business-critical programs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead change management initiatives that influence key business functions and shape how we evolve. If youโ€™re an experienced change leader who thrives on building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide capability, weโ€™d love to hear from you. What will you be doing? Design and implement change management strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects and global regions. Collaborate with senior business leaders and stakeholders to embed change and support capability development. Guide leaders through transformation, helping them build the skills needed to lead change effectively. Track, assess, and communicate changes across your portfolio, aligning change efforts with project timelines and interdependencies. Partner with Internal Communications and cross-functional teams to engage employees and ensure successful adoption. Translate complex project data into clear, impactful visuals and messaging tailored to executive audiences. Champion change management awareness and maturity across the business. Support internal change practice development and knowledge sharing. What will you need to be successful? Director level experience in change management, ideally within large, complex, global organisations. A Bachelor\’s degree preferred & big four background preferred Strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive stakeholders. Experience managing change portfolios with multiple interdependencies across regions and functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for visual storytelling. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with financial processes and terminology is a plus. You. Unlimited. We believe in creating the greatest good for society.
