This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact commercial role for our Sports Medicine business. As Senior Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of strategically critical NHS accounts across the South East and South West of the UK, driving growth and shaping long term partnerships. Navigating significant NHS contracting cycles, this role offers the chance to directly influence regional strategy and play a key part in some of our most important commercial opportunities.
This is a field-based role covering the South East to the South West of the UK, therefore you would be ideally located around the M4 corridor and
neighbouring regions.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will operate at the centre of complex, high value NHS partnerships, leading the commercial agenda across priority Trusts.
You will identify and unlock opportunities within key accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding conversations from early engagement through to contract negotiation and agreement. You will play a critical role in shaping regional strategies and ensuring we are positioned for success within key NHS contracting cycles.
A key part of your focus will be supporting the development of responses to high profile tenders and framework agreements, working cross functionally to bring together compelling, value driven proposals. You will help define how we approach upcoming opportunities, ensuring we remain competitive while delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and patients.
Alongside your account responsibilities, you will support the wider commercial team by sharing insights and building capability, helping to strengthen our overall approach to the NHS landscape.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with strong execution, combined with the ability to build trust at the most senior levels.
Proven experience working within the NHS or healthcare commercial environment
Strong track record of leading complex negotiations and closing high value deals
Ability to navigate tender processes and contribute to compelling commercial proposals
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long term account strategies
Travel: Up to 75% field based within your region.
