The role is based in our South East region, covering accounts in North and West London, Reading, Oxford, and Bedford. To protect work-life balance and wellbeing, it\’s essential that you live within this region.

What will you be doing?

Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership to provide the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

What does success look like?

Success will be measured by revenue growth and improved service provision and efficiency in our interactions with customers. It involves taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for our patients, and maximizing sales revenue across the geography by proactively driving growth, including existing and new accounts.

Candidates should have:

  • Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners
  • A strong business development background with experience identifying and winning new accounts within NHS/private hospital environments
  • The ability to stay up-to-date with NHS developments
  • Thinking like a business owner—assessing the territory and market to identify emerging trends
  • Valid UK Driving License

Travel requirements: Approximately 75% domestic travel.
