Unlimited.** At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.As a Senior QMS Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our quality operations, supporting key systems such as Management Review, Internal and External Audits, CAPA, Document Control and Indirect Training.* You’ll lead audit readiness and host external audits, ensuring our site meets global standards and regulations.* You’ll also act as the Quality Hold coordinator for the AWM franchise, collaborating with teams in Suzhou and Costa Rica.* Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver and a collaborative team player. You’ll need:* A degree in quality, science, engineering or business management, or equivalent experience* At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry* Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards (9001, 13485), FDA QSR, EU MDR and global guidance documents* Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex workloads and lead audits across multiple sites**You.
