This role supports key projects within Global Marketing, working closely with internal teams such as Commercial Planning and Business Intelligence. You’ll help ensure our marketing initiatives are delivered with precision, compliance, and strategic alignment, contributing to the success of product launches, planning cycles, and customer engagement.

You’ll be responsible for managing dashboards, tracking budgets and processes, and supporting strategic planning. From coordinating tools like Microsoft Planner to ensuring compliant customer contracting, your work will provide the clarity and consistency needed to keep our marketing efforts on track.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage the team dashboard and Microsoft Planner to support efficient project tracking and reporting to leadership.
  • Track the launch excellence process across Global Marketing.
  • Support the strategic planning process and contribute to business intelligence activities.
  • Monitor and track budgets across the Global Marketing function.
  • Manage our system to ensure compliant customer contracting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication of project updates and deliverables.

What Will You Need to Be Successful?

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in marketing operations or project coordination, ideally within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. You’ll have experience working with data, managing tools like Microsoft Excel and Planner, and supporting cross-functional teams.
