What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of our AWM Technology team, leading major capital investment projects that introduce new processes and technologies or enhance existing ones. From concept to completion, you’ll guide cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results that matter. You’ll be solving complex problems, introducing new technologies and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.

Leading engineering projects across strategic transformation, new product introduction and productivity initiatives

Specifying, procuring, installing and validating new capital equipment, and handing it over to production

Managing contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

Providing engineering support for technologies new to Smith+Nephew and supervising other team members
