The role is based in our South East region, covering accounts in Sussex (particularly Brighton and Chichester) and Surrey. To protect work life balance and wellbeing, it\’s essential that you live within this region.
What will you be doing?
Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that it\’s about developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers, developing business with our existing and new customers.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers!
It\’s the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography. This will likely impact on existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry,
- Alternatively, you could be a clinical professional with Orthopaedic or Sports Medicine experience (e.g. Physio, a Scrub Nurse, ODP).
- Strong relationship building skills with clinical and non clinical partners
- A willingness to develop business in new and existing customers within an NHS/private hospital environment.
- Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with all NHS developments.
- Think like a business owner – assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market
- Valid UK Driving License
Travel requirements: ~ 75% Domestic
