What will you be doing?
Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that, develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue, improved service provision, and efficiency in our business interactions with customers.
It\’s about taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. We expect such strategic relationships to maximize sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry,
- Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners,
- Strong business development background — with experience identifying and winning new accounts within NHS/private hospital environments,
- Ability to stay up-to-date with NHS developments,
- Think like a business owner — assess your territory and relevant market trends,
- Valid UK Driving License.
Travel requirements: approximately 75% domestic travel.
