A fast-growing, AI-powered research technology company is hiring a Founding Insights Strategist to help build and scale its presence across EMEA. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of insights, strategy, and client partnership while helping shape an emerging regional function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with clients to help them turn customer feedback into clear, actionable business decisions
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement so users can quickly adopt and get value from the platform
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify patterns, themes, and opportunities
- Develop insight briefs, dashboards, and presentations that make the findings easy to understand and act on
- Act as a strategic thought partner to clients, helping expand usage across teams and deepen engagement over time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, and commercial leadership to bring the voice of the customer into the business
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where iteration, experimentation, and strong judgment matter

- Roughly 2 to 5+ years of experience in a client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into a compelling story
