The Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the Bespoke team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing premium food production business, working alongside an exceptional culinary team in a dynamic and creative environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes real pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is ready to support the delivery of consistently outstanding food at scale. You'll work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Bespoke Director to help maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the production kitchen under the direction of the Senior Sous Chef
- Delivering consistent, high-quality food for large-scale production and events
- Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and professionalism
- Assisting with menu development, recipe testing, and product innovation
- Supporting the training and development of junior kitchen team members
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met
- Contributing to efficient kitchen systems and workflows
- Being adaptable, proactive, and positive as the business continues to grow
About You
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passionate about food, quality ingredients, and premium products
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency
- A supportive team player who enjoys helping others develop
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and hands-on with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
