We are currently looking for an early morning cleaner to join the team at Smith & Western. Working as part of the cleaning team, the hours of work are approximately Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 11 am, cleaning the restaurant before it opens. You should have some experience of professional cleaning, either on a residential or commercial basis. Due to insurance restrictions and licence requirements, you must be over 18 and able to provide a verifiable employment history with references.
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping/hoovering and mopping front‑of‑house areas.
- Dusting decorative artifacts and surfaces in the front‑of‑house area.
- Polishing brass on the bar and doors.
- Cleaning customer toilets.
- Cleaning staff area and offices – sweeping, hoovering and mopping.
- Wiping the inside of restaurant windows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Previous professional cleaning experience.
- Valid references and employment history.
Pay: Pay up to £15 per hour, based on experience.
