Our bartenders prepare and serve drinks in a friendly and warm manner both to customers at the bar and for customers seated in the restaurant. They are masters of bartending, from service and drink preparation to cleaning and inventory control. Always ready with a warm welcome and friendly smile, they know their products and take pride in offering a friendly conversation and knowledgeable recommendation if required.

Shifts vary, and we can offer both full and part-time positions, working patterns will include some evening and weekend shifts as that’s our busiest times. At Smith & Western, we know how valuable a good bartender is, so whilst experience is advantageous, it’s not essential; common sense, an outgoing personality, and great work ethic are!

Due to licensing restrictions, we do require that applicants must be over 18.
