We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated trainee manager to work with us in the Wild West. At Smith & Western, people really matter to us. Both our customers and our staff. We are a family-run business and we maintain these values amongst our fantastic team. We are looking for a trainee restaurant manager to learn the ropes and progress within the company's rank with the end goal of eventually becoming a restaurant General Manager. You will be trained in all areas of the business from bartending to Cheffing and to running a successful restaurant.
The ideal candidate will:
