Bespoke by Smith & Brock is our newest venture, partnering with former Michelin-starred chef Marcus Eaves to launch a premium food production business focused on excellence, creativity, and scale. Built on the same trusted values, this project is an exciting opportunity to shape something from the ground up as part of a family-run company that values quality, integrity, and sustainability.

As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional KP role; as a growing business, you’ll also be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and waste management
  • Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown
  • Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, taking on additional tasks where needed
