Customer Service Advisor

Location: Deptford | Full‑time: 40 hours per week with 2 days off | Shift: 7 pm–3 am (night shift) | Available to work ASAP.

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team during the night. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and professionalism we’re known for. Previous customer‑service experience is not mandatory – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

What you will be doing:

• Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints by phone and email
• Work with various teams to ensure the smooth running of daily orders
• Identify and resolve problems to prevent any escalation
• Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant

What we are looking for:

• Similar experience in a previous role
• Excellent IT skills (able to learn new systems quickly)
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player and work well independently
• Working shift patterns: 7 pm to 3 am (night shift)
• Available to work ASAP
