We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and professionalism we’re known for. If you have a passion for great service, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need previous experience in customer service (but if you have it, that’s also good!), we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What you will be doing:
- Handle customer orders, issues, and complaints by phone and email
- Work with various teams to ensure the smooth running of the daily ordering
- Identify and resolve problems to prevent any escalation
- Promote seasonal products to customers where relevant
