Early Years Practitioner Opportunities in Farnborough (GU14)

• Salary: £26,000 – £27,664 per year / £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (4 or 5 days) Shifts between 8am – 5.30pm
• Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are recruiting enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nurseries

You will work as part of a friendly, professional team to create safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments where children aged 0–5 years can learn and thrive. Our nurseries are well-organised, supportive, and dedicated to both staff development and high-quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Support children\’s learning, independence, and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive nursery environment

Requirements

• Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Previous nursery or childcare experience
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK with clear DBS and two references
