Early Years Practitioner Opportunities!

We have settings in Farnborough (GU14), Windlesham (GU20) & Fleet (GU51)

  • Salary: £26,000 – £27,664 per year / £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
  • Hours: 36 – 40 per week (4 or 5 days) Shifts between 8am – 6.30pm
  • Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are recruiting enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners / Nursery Practitioners to join our welcoming nurseries!

You will work as part of a friendly, professional team to create safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments where children aged 0–5 years can learn and thrive. Our nurseries are well-organised, supportive, and dedicated to both staff development and high-quality childcare.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Support children’s learning, independence, and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive nursery environment

Requirements

  • Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Previous nursery or childcare experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK with clear DBS and two references
