About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Club Manager / Office Administrator to join our childcare team in Maidenhead (SL6, Berkshire).
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to take on a unique dual role combining:
- Club Manager at our After School Club
- Office Administrator
- Senior Team Member based at our holiday club
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who also enjoys administrative tasks and thrives in a varied role. This is a unique dual role, ideal for a Nursery Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Club Manager ready for a fresh challenge. Your time will be split between office administration and managing our wraparound childcare club, ensuring both smooth operations and high-quality care for children.
Working Pattern options:
- Monday-Friday / All Year Round
- 40 Hours / Shifts between 8.30am-6.30pm
OR
- Monday-Friday / All Year Round
- 40 Hours during term time and 32.5 Hours during school holidays
(Breakdown of hours will be discussed further)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality EYFS-based childcare for children aged 3β11
- Support and manage the after school club & holiday club
- Build strong communication with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Balance administrative duties with club management tasks
Requirements
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Driver required due to location
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 2 years\β experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
- Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
