About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Club Manager / Office Administrator to join our childcare team in Maidenhead (SL6, Berkshire).

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to take on a unique dual role combining:

  • Club Manager at our After School Club
  • Office Administrator
  • Senior Team Member based at our holiday club

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who also enjoys administrative tasks and thrives in a varied role. This is a unique dual role, ideal for a Nursery Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Club Manager ready for a fresh challenge. Your time will be split between office administration and managing our wraparound childcare club, ensuring both smooth operations and high-quality care for children.

Working Pattern options:

  • Monday-Friday / All Year Round
  • 40 Hours / Shifts between 8.30am-6.30pm

OR

  • Monday-Friday / All Year Round
  • 40 Hours during term time and 32.5 Hours during school holidays

(Breakdown of hours will be discussed further)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality EYFS-based childcare for children aged 3–11
  • Support and manage the after school club & holiday club
  • Build strong communication with parents and carers
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Balance administrative duties with club management tasks

Requirements

  • Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Driver required due to location
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
  • Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
