We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely nursery in Woking, Surrey (GU22). Our dedicated team is committed to providing the best possible environment for children, with a strong focus on wellbeing, exploration, and creating magical moments every day.

Salary: £13.50ph / £28,080pa (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)

Hours: 36 OR 40 Hours over 4 days | 8:00am–6:00pm

Contract: Permanent | All year round

Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
  • Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
  • Keep accurate records of children’s achievements and activities
  • Manage behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement
  • Engage in ongoing professional development

About You:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
  • Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
  • Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
