We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely nursery in Woking, Surrey (GU22).

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
- Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
- Keep accurate records of children’s achievements and activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Experience working in a Baby or Toddler room
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
