Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities
- Foster positive relationships and encourage independence and confidence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care

About You:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
