Job Description
Early Years Practitioner – Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £13.00–£14.62 per hour / Up to £32,310pa
Hours: 3, 4 or 5 days per week | 30–42.5 hours | Shifts between 7.30am-6pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely Nursery in Reading, Berkshire. Our lovely nursery is rural with lots of outside space. Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Plan and support engaging, child-led and outdoor activities
- Promote children’s development and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional team
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and staff
About You
- Level 2+ Early Years Educator qualification (essential)
- Driver with own transport
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Passion for outdoor, play-based learning
- Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic personality
- Right to work in the UK
