Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Drive improvements to deliver new and updated core infrastructure services, according to business and user needs, based on clear evidence, to ensure maximum value is achieved from services.
- Maintain an oversight of the evolving infrastructure landscape by monitoring publications and releases, and attendance in external steering groups and supplier events.
- Maintenance of core infrastructure services through: Identifying problems through analysis and proactively supporting resolution including documenting causes and remedies.
- Identifying and implementing functional, performance and quality improvements to the core infrastructure estate.
