Location: Swindon, Bath, Salisbury, Chippenham - Remote based, but must live within the region specified

Salary: ÂŁ70,000 - ÂŁ120,000 per annum + Commission

What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented Financial Directors who are passionate about helping ambitious £2-50M pound private businesses climb their Everest. They’re not interested in people who just want a job. Like climbing those big mountains, you’ll need to have ambition, energy, and be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who loves to help others.

With the mindset of a CEO, you’ll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing a high-performing region, whilst loving being part of a larger team all across the UK and the World. They have big dreams and they expect you to have the same. Of course, you come with a strong understanding of business strategy, and a track record of success, although your “special sauce” is your natural ability to build genuine long-lasting relationships with your clients. Part advisor, part strategist, part friend. Your clients will say “this person and the company are in it with me for the long-term, and I know they really care.”

You’ll work closely with their Chief Commercial Officers who have previously been Regional Directors of the UK business. You’ll be a local, or at least an adopted local in the region, with a great network and a ‘black book’ of outstanding individuals and businesses in the region, who are interested in this opportunity for the right reasons. From finding exceptional Financial Directors who want to join the company's movement whilst continuing to engage and motivate this team, to showing clients how this can be a ‘game changer’ for their business. You’ll love sales, love finding leads, love your clients, and love the hunt! A great listener, and even better at asking great questions, you’ll wake up every day and think “how do I add value and do something special for my clients today?”
