The Role
They’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join their growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure their channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support & Ownership
- Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channels.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on track.
- Own campaigns end‑to‑end with support from the team, measuring the success and providing recommendations.
- Reporting & Insights
- Compile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider business.
- Help interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting requests from the team.
- Design & Creative Coordination
- Liaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Assist with light design tasks (e.g. Canva or similar tools).
- Team & Channel Support
- Respond to ad‑hoc queries from the marketing team and wider business.
- Help maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentation.
- Support with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updates.
- Assist with marketing spend budget management.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
