Salary: £21,819 - £22,917 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay (Pro Rata) (£24,404 - £25,183 per annum FTE)
Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, term-time +2 weeks
The Academy seeks to recruit enthusiastic professionals to be part of their expanding SEND Team. Whilst experience is always valued, they are looking for people with a growth mindset as they continue with the development of their department. The team play a key role in supporting their ethos of Every Teacher as a Teacher of SEND, facilitating SEND provision within the school and providing learners with highly personalised support to ensure success in all aspects of their development.
The Role
Learning Support Assistants are deployed in a variety of ways including delivering in-class support, small group or 1-2-1 interventions, as well as support within their in-house specialist Nurture classrooms, Cognition & Learning Base and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Base.
