Are you a proactive, ambitious Marketing Executive ready to make a swift and positive impact in a fast-growing, award-winning technology distribution company? They are expanding their lively Marketing team and looking for a driven, creative individual to own and execute varied marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
The Role
This role is varied and fast-paced, focusing on lead generation and sales support across a wide range of channels. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and owning your own campaigns within set budgets and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Campaign Execution: Leading the execution of campaigns across events, webinars, press & PR, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Content Creation: Creating compelling, sales-focused copy for and designing high-quality sales collateral (on- and offline marketing materials).
- Digital Marketing: Supporting lead generation by improving website performance, including a basic understanding of on-page SEO.
- Partner Support: Working closely with their manufacturing partners to assist and support their marketing efforts.
- Design Skills: Utilising your design proficiency to create email and advertising graphics.
- Measurement & Reporting: Demonstrating effective ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) through campaign tracking and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidently communicating and managing effective relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.
Skills And Qualifications
You will have a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively and a genuine desire to progress in a collaborative environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1 – 3 years of marketing experience.
- A good foundational understanding of core marketing principles.
- Excellent language skills with the ability to create compelling, sales-focused copy.
- Proficiency in design, using tools like Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
- Experience with maintaining, editing, and creating content within WordPress.
- Proficiency in designing email and advertising graphics.
- A proven ability to organise your time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable (but Not Essential) Skills
- Experience with email and marketing automation (especially Spotler).
- Experience with video editing for platforms like YouTube.
- A degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification.
