The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their friendly Private Client team in Peacehaven.
You may be looking to take your first steps into a Legal position, or you may already have experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Private Client Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by:
- Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner;
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner;
- Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team;
- Preparing correspondence and documents including audio-typing;
- File management;
- Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch;
- Arranging for all copying to be completed;
- Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm\’s client documentation and information;
- Committing time to training and self-development.
