We are looking for a dedicated HR manager to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will provide professional HR advice and support across the organisation, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with Practice Managers and the wider HR team to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Offer expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, as well as GDC, NHS, and CQC standards.
- Assist with employee engagement, retention, and culture-enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and contribute to workforce reporting and data analysis.
- Partner with Practice Managers and the HR team to effectively resolve employee concerns and workplace issues.
