Social Media Executive – SmileWhite Office based in Leeds (Hybrid flexibility) £We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Executive to bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of style to SmileWhite’s organic channels. You’ll be the go-to for content creation , working closely with our Head of Paid to shape a brand that genuinely gets social. From shooting behind-the-scenes content to chatting confidently on camera, you’ll be our eyes, ears, and voice across all things Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Creating scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, Stories , and other organic social content Managing our social media calendar and day-to-day posting Writing fun, on-brand captions that speak our audience’s language Spotting trends early and jumping on them with content that feels native and relevant Working closely with our Head of Paid and wider marketing team to align on tone, messaging, and campaign goals Developing and evolving our social media strategy , with best practices baked in Building narratives that feel real, relatable, and totally SmileWhite You love social media and know exactly what makes content perform You’re confident filming and speaking to camera (think: You’re comfortable using your phone and editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express You\’re plugged into TikTok/Instagram trends and can turn them into polished, branded moments You can plan and execute a content idea from storyboard to screen You’re organised, creative, and keen to take full ownership of content creation You’ve ideally worked in a content or social role for 1–2 years (but if you’re a self-starter with a killer portfolio – we want to see it!) ✨ Bonus Points If: You’ve built a following (personally or for a brand) You’ve worked with beauty, wellness, or DTC brands Full creative freedom to try, test, and own your content ideas A chance to build your career in a growing, design-led brand Career development, hands-on experience, and room to grow Drop us your CV, a quick cover note, and a link to your socials or content portfolio.
