As a Sales Representative at Smile White, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the consultation journey and helping them understand our services. Your role is pivotal in converting inquiries into happy, loyal customers. This is a sales role with heart—you’re not just selling a product, you’re helping people change their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, or chat with warmth, professionalism, and knowledge
- Conduct consultations to assess clients’ needs and recommend the right Smile White treatments
- Guide clients through the journey from initial interest to booking and beyond
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an excellent standard of customer care
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical teams, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads in a timely, consistent manner
- Stay up to date on all products, services, and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a consultative sales role (ideally in dental, health, beauty, or lifestyle sectors)
- A warm, confident, and articulate communicator
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-first mindset with an empathetic approach
- Organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable using CRM software

Working Hours:
- Shifts are split into two patterns: Early: 8:30 AM start, Late: 11:00 AM start
- Flexible opportunity to work Saturdays (10 AM – 3 PM) for extra earnings £100 per deal closed on Saturdays—perfect for high performers looking to boost their income
