Senior Patient-First Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales) £30,000 basic + OTE £60-£80k
Location: Leeds | Competitive Salary + Bonus | Fast-Track Growth | Full-Time office-based
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 10:30am - 8:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, One Saturday a month: 9:00am - 5:00pm.
At Smile White, we’re redefining what luxury dental care feels like. We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused sales professionals with strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience who know how to build trust, guide customers, and close with confidence — without hard selling.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and guide them through their smile journey.
- Build trust through empathy, active listening, and consultative conversations.
- Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust).
- Ensure patients are seen by a clinician within 7 days of signing up.
- Work closely with clinical experts to deliver a seamless 5-star service.
Training & Development
We don’t just hire — we invest. All new consultants join our Fast-Track 3-Day Onboarding Program:
- Day 1 – Sales Excellence: Luxury consultative selling, objections, efficiency.
- Day 2 – Dental Training with our in-house Dentist’s: Core treatments, shadowing, role-play.
- Day 3 – Compliance & Regulations: FCA finance rules, GDC guidelines, ethical selling.
From there, you’ll have a dedicated mentor, quarterly reviews, and orthodontist-led training sessions to help you grow fast.
