In this key post-sale role, you'll ensure every new aligner client feels fully supported and satisfied, while helping us maintain FCA compliance and collect valuable feedback.
What You'll Be Doing:- Finalise client onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete
- Conduct post-sale satisfaction calls and confirm confidence in treatment
- Check FCA compliance (training provided)
- Collect Trustpilot reviews to showcase our service quality
- Identify areas for process improvement and client experience enhancements
- Keep clear, accurate CRM records and escalate any compliance concerns
