We're hiring for a Programmatic Display Manager in Leeds (Office-Based, Full-Time) on a permanent basis with a salary of £40,000–£50,000 + Annual Bonus.
Smile White is on a mission to make premium cosmetic dentistry accessible, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a performance-focused Programmatic Display Manager to take charge of our display advertising strategy and help drive high-volume B2C lead generation and sales.
If you have 2–3 years’ experience managing programmatic campaigns (agency or client-side), know your way around Google Display Network (GDN), and can prove you’ve delivered results through well-structured, metric-driven campaigns – this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, execute and optimise programmatic display campaigns across Google Display and other platforms
- Focus on driving sales and lead volume through targeted, data-backed strategies
- Manage budgets and performance KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Build and test audience segments, placements and creative variations to improve performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams to brief in display creatives and landing pages
- Report on campaign performance, extracting actionable insights to guide future strategy
- Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in programmatic and display advertising
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years' experience in programmatic display advertising, either agency or in-house
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Display Network (GDN) and experience of other Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Proven track record of delivering B2C campaign performance – driving lead volume and/or sales
- Confident using data to inform targeting, bidding, and creative decisions
- Comfortable managing 5- to 6-figure campaign budgets
- Detail-oriented, analytical and commercially minded
- Experience with DV360 or other DSPs is a bonus
