What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and lead the paid social strategy focused on B2C lead generation
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Manage significant monthly ad spend across multiple funnels
- Build and test creative strategies in collaboration with our content team
- Monitor lead quality, cost per acquisition, ROAS and lifetime value metrics
- Deliver weekly performance insights, learnings and strategic recommendations
- Stay ahead of platform updates, targeting capabilities and creative trends
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 3–5 years of paid social experience with a B2C lead generation focus
- Has scaled a brand – ideally from early growth to multi-million pound revenue
- Is confident managing large budgets (5–6 figures monthly) and optimising for results
- Is data-driven, commercially minded, and relentless about performance
- Knows how to brief, test and iterate on high-converting ad creatives
- Brings a track record of measurable impact (e.g. CPL reduction, lead quality improvement, revenue growth)
