Smile White is one of the UK’s fastest-growing cosmetic dental brands and we’re looking for a data-led, commercially sharp Paid Search Manager to take our digital performance to the next level. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who knows how to run high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, drive B2C lead generation, and scale results in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and lead paid search strategy across Google and Microsoft platforms
- Build, manage and optimise lead generation campaigns with a clear focus on CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing and budget forecasting
- Work closely with landing page, CRO and creative teams to improve conversion rates
- Deliver detailed reporting and insights to guide strategic decisions
- Stay up to date with the latest features, tools and best practices in paid search
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ experience managing B2C paid search campaigns, ideally in a lead gen-focused environment
- Proven track record of handling large budgets and driving measurable growth
- Expert in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Advertising
- Deep understanding of attribution, audience targeting, keyword strategy and landing page alignment
- Commercial mindset – you know how to connect search performance to bottom-line business impact
- Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or lifestyle brands is a plus
