We\’re Hiring: Paid Search Manager

📍 Leeds (Office-Based, Full-Time) | 💼 Permanent | 💰 £40,000–£50,000 + Annual Bonus

Smile White is one of the UK’s fastest-growing cosmetic dental brands and we’re looking for a data-led, commercially sharp Paid Search Manager to take our digital performance to the next level.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who knows how to run high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, drive B2C lead generation, and scale results in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and lead paid search strategy across Google and Microsoft platforms
• Build, manage and optimise lead generation campaigns with a clear focus on CPL, CPA and ROAS
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing and budget forecasting
• Work closely with landing page, CRO and creative teams to improve conversion rates
• Deliver detailed reporting and insights to guide strategic decisions
• Stay up to date with the latest features, tools and best practices in paid search

What We\’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience managing B2C paid search campaigns, ideally in a lead gen-focused environment
• Proven track record of handling large budgets and driving measurable growth
• Expert in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Advertising
• Deep understanding of attribution, audience targeting, keyword strategy and landing page alignment
• Commercial mindset – you know how to connect search performance to bottom-line business impact
• Experience in healthcare, cosmetic, or lifestyle brands is a plus
