Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite are looking for a skilled Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise paid media activity across both brands. This is a hands-on performance marketing role suited to someone who is confident in managing large-scale paid media budgets, building campaigns, analysing performance data, improving conversion efficiency, and working closely with wider marketing, CRM, sales, and leadership teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate channels, and other paid media platforms, with a strong focus on performance, attribution, reporting, and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Smile White and Yorkshire Dental Suite
- Build and implement new campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and other relevant Google Ads formats
- Manage Microsoft Ads activity, ensuring strong alignment with wider paid search strategy
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram and liaise with externals for strategy alignment
- Support affiliate activity across platforms such as Awin and Linkby
- Monitor and manage paid media budgets across multiple channels, with total spend exceeding £1m
- Analyse campaign performance across CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, lead quality, and sales outcomes
- Work with HubSpot and CRM data to assess lead quality, sales performance, and funnel efficiency
- Support attribution analysis and conversion tracking improvements across paid media activity
- Use Google Tag Manager to support tracking implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Work with landing pages and CRO testing to improve conversion rates across paid campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, web, sales, and operational teams to improve campaign performance
- Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets, Excel, and platform data
- Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion, budget reallocation, testing, and performance improvement
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing a £10 million+ per year budget
- 2 years + experience
- Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
- Good understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement
- Confidence using Google Tag Manager
- Experience working with landing pages, CRO testing, or conversion-focused web changes
- Strong reporting skills using Google Sheets, Excel, and platform data
- Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into clear actions
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, lead quality, and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting performance to stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, dental, cosmetic, lead generation, or high-volume performance marketing
- Experience with Awin, Linkby, or affiliate partnerships
- Experience working with offline conversion tracking or CRM-based conversion journeys
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts at the same time
- Knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, Zapier, or other reporting and automation tools
