About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to help us maintain and strengthen relationships with our dental partners. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for our dentists, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Your primary focus will be on managing existing relationships, proactively checking in with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for our dental partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Regularly check in with dentists to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Handle and respond to inquiries regarding orders, products, and support services.
- Work collaboratively with our team to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

- At least one year of account management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
