We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. Based out of our LS11 office, the Marketing Analyst will play a key role in measuring campaign effectiveness, tracking customer behavior, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions across all marketing channels.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance across channels (paid ads, social, email, influencer, SEO, etc.)
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise marketing performance and ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- ~2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with paid media data.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/Email platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies.
