About the Role:
As a Patient Success Executive, you’ll manage your own portfolio of dental partner practices and the patients assigned to them - ensuring every Smile White patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for aftercare, treatment bookings, and issue resolution, maintaining strong relationships with both patients and partner practices. You’ll also ensure all updates are accurately recorded in our patient portals and internal CRM systems.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Managing aftercare and follow-ups for assigned patients.
- Booking and coordinating dental treatments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients.
- Handling patient queries and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
- Updating CRM and patient management systems accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
