- Automation: Build and optimise automated workflows for new patient onboarding, re-engagement, loyalty, and cross-sell campaigns.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop smart segmentation strategies and personalised content to enhance engagement and response rates.
- Data & Insights: Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, etc.) and use insights to continuously refine campaigns.
- Tools Management: Manage CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) and ensure integration with booking systems and patient portals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent messaging and service experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities comply with GDPR and other relevant data regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in a consumer-facing or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience with email and SMS automation, A/B testing, and segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make insight-led decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for customer experience, innovation, and brand storytelling.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools or techniques.
