We are a fast-paced, commercially driven business on an exciting growth trajectory β and we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work at the heart of our leadership team.
This is a pivotal, high-trust role supporting our Managing Director directly. You will be a key enabler of the MD's effectiveness β managing time, stakeholders, information and priorities with precision and discretion. No two days will be the same. You will need to think commercially, act proactively and represent the MD credibly across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders. This is not a traditional admin role β it requires someone who can work at pace, exercise sound judgement and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Diary & Travel Management
- Own and manage a complex, fast-moving diary β anticipating conflicts and prioritising ruthlessly
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Ensure the MD is always prepared, briefed and on time
- Stakeholder & Communications Management
- Act as the first point of contact for the MD β screening, triaging and responding to communications with professionalism
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams, board members, investors and external partners
- Draft correspondence, presentations and briefing notes on behalf of the MD
- Board & Meeting Preparation
- Prepare agendas, pre-read materials and presentations for board meetings, leadership reviews and external engagements
- Capture actions and drive follow-through across the business
- Coordinate board-level logistics and governance requirements
- Projects & Business Support
- Support the MD on strategic projects, research and ad-hoc business initiatives
- Track and manage key deliverables across the organisation on the MD's behalf
- Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
We are looking for a polished, commercially minded EA who thrives in a high-performance environment. You will bring:
- Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting a C-suite or senior leadership executive
- A background in a fast-paced commercial environment β consumer, healthcare, retail or similar
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to think ahead, anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Strong business acumen β you understand how a commercial organisation works
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and the confidence to push back when needed
- Discretion, loyalty and absolute trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools
