Smile Train in London (Hybrid) seeks a seasoned Philanthropy Manager to grow our high-value donor programme. You will manage a portfolio of major donors, secure five- and six-figure gifts, and lead outreach and stewardship efforts.
This role reports to the UK Fundraising Director and requires travel for donor visits and events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in major gifts, excellent communication, and a proven ability to coordinate with leadership to drive income growth.
