We are a successful dental company launching a new dental practice in Gloucester, created to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. As we open this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for enthusiastic Associate Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one.

This new dental practice in Gloucester is a key part of that mission expanding access to NHS care while creating a supportive, progressive workplace for clinicians. We don’t just provide dentistry. Main duties of the job:
- Earning potential in excess from £115,000 (OTE) based on a day rate from £500, providing a mixture of Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
- Private: 50% income split.
- Labs: 50% split for any lab bills.
- Stabilisation: up to 7 patients per session (14 per day with flexibility based on treatment requirements).
- Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation with options for private upgrades depending on patient requirements.
- Flexible working hours.
