Help shape the future of our dental services
At Smile Together, we’re growing our services and our impact. We’re looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to bring ideas, energy and operational expertise to this exciting next chapter.
An opportunity to make your mark
Working closely with our Senior Leadership team, you’ll lead operational delivery across the services within your remit, helping our practices thrive and supporting our ambition for sustainable growth.
You’ll build strong relationships, bring teams together and create opportunities to share expertise and develop services. From making the best use of our workforce and clinical capacity to supporting new service delivery, your work will have a direct impact on our people and patients.
We’re looking for an approachable, confident leader with strong business acumen and a commitment to high-quality patient care. You’ll understand how operational decisions influence service quality, productivity and financial sustainability, and be confident using performance data to spot opportunities, guide decisions and measure success. You’ll enjoy developing others, working collaboratively and turning plans into results.
Experience within corporate dentistry, GDC registration and a relevant leadership or management qualification would be welcomed but are desirable rather than essential.
