We’re looking for a dedicated dentist with a special interest in minor oral surgery to join our team at Harleigh Road Dental Centre in Bodmin, Cornwall, working 1 day per week. This is your opportunity to deliver high-quality oral surgery in a modern, purpose-built clinic equipped with up-to-date technology and supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands‑on clinical role in which you’ll take responsibility for delivering oral surgery services to referred patients in a welcoming primary care setting. Whether you’re performing procedures, providing expert advice to colleagues, or helping to shape and improve our service offer, your clinical knowledge will be truly valued here.
You’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through peer reviews, audits, governance activities and mentoring. You’ll help develop colleagues who are interested in oral surgery and contribute to building a strong learning environment across the organisation.
Our services are designed around patient need and clinical quality, so you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, not just through what you do, but how you help others grow. While your base will be at Harleigh Road, there may be occasional travel to other locations as needed.
Pay Structure
- Assessment only – where treatment isn’t then completed = £15 per patient
- Fully completed treatment (assessment and treatment) with a submitted course of treatment = £45 per patient
